Akshara gets death threat if failed to pay Rs 50 lakhs

Patna, Nov 13 (UNI) Leading actress of Bhojpuri film Akshara Singh has received extortion call of Rs 50 lakhs and was also given warning to face death consequences if failed to pay the money.
Police said here today that Akshara received two calls from different numbers on her cell phone on Monday late night. She was asked to pay Rs 50 lakhs within two days and threatened to face death consequences, if failed to pay the money, police added.
" Written complaint from Akshara has been received at Danapur police station and case was being investigated", Police said adding that attempt was being made to track down the callers. Phone numbers of threat callers has not been released due to security reasons.
