New Delhi, Jan 16 (UNI) In a major blow to veteran Samajwadi Party founder leader Mulayam Singh Yadav, the Election Commission today allotted 'Cycle' symbol to his rival camp headed by his son and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav. Confirming the decision of the poll panel, Akhilesh Yadav's political mentor and uncle Ram Gopal Yadav welcomed the verdict and said, "the people of Uttar Pradesh will bless the Commission for its order". Both the camps had presented their respective claims of majority support to the Election Commission last week. The notification of the first phase of polls in Uttar Pradesh, to be held on on February 11, is coming tomorrow. UNI DEVN NAZ SNU 1906
