The per capital waste produced in Aizawl is 2 kg,” Urban Development and Poverty Alleviation Minister Zodintluanga informed the state assembly today.In his reply to queries from Mizo national Front legislator Er Lalrinawma, Zodintluanga said two dustbins, one for biodegradable waste and the other for non-biodegradable waste, each have been distributed to 11,975 families in Aizawl.
