AICC President appoints 8-member Committee for Nagaland polls

Kohima Jan 18 (UNI) The All India Congress Committee (AICC) President Rahul Gandhi has approved a eight-member Coordination Committee for the forthcoming Assembly election in Nagaland.

In a press release AICC General Secretary Janardhan Dwivedi has listed the Committee members as Dr. C. P. Joshi (General Secretary in-charge), K. Therie (Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee President), Dr. K. Jayakumar (Secretary in-charge), Anil Thomas (AICC Minority Cell Vice Chairman), Pradyut Bordoloi (ex-Minister of Assam), K. L. Chishi (ex-Chief Minister of Nagaland), I. Imkong (ex-Congress Legislature Party leader) and Lanpha Konyak (ex-MLA), the release said.
