Speaker Niranjan Pujari had to adjourn the House immediately after it assembled to take up Question Hour till 1500 hrs as the SC/ST members shouted slogans demanding fulfillment of their demand. The SC/ST MLAs are sitting on dharna since May 10 demanding implementation of the Odisha Reservation Vacancies(ORV) Act and 38 per cent reservation of seats for SC/ST students in Engineering and Medical Colleges.
