Afghanistan reports 219 fresh nCoV cases 21 deaths

Kabul, Dec 1 (UNI) The death toll of COVID-19 in Afghanistan has increased to 1,800 after 21 patients lost their lives within the past 24 hours, the country's Ministry of Public Health said on Tuesday.
The ministry also confirmed 219 new cases during the period, bringing the number of infected people across the country to 46,717, including 8,010 active cases, the ministry said in a statement.
A total of 119 people recovered and were discharged from hospitals since early Monday, according to the ministry.
