Kabul, Aug 5 (UNI) The Afghan Health Minister Ahmad Jawad Osmani on Wednesday said that nearly "ten million" people have been infected with the coronavirus in the country, citing a recent survey.
Addressing a press conference Osmani said that 31.5 pc Afghans have been infected with the coronavirus, which is about 10 million people, adding that 37 pc of the infected people were in the cities.
According to the MoPH survey those infected was 32 pc women and 29 pc men, TOLOnews reported.
