Kabul, Mar 16 (UNI) More than 50 militants were killed and many others sustained injuries in Bala Murghab district of Afghanistan Badghis province over the past 24 hours, an army statement on Saturday said.
Government forces in the crackdown against militants, used aircraft and artillery since Friday and so far 51 armed insurgents had been killed.
Taliban militants haven't commented yet.
