Adv Somasekhar Sundaresan sworn in as addl Judge of Bombay high court

Mumbai, Nov 28 (UNI) Advocate Somasekhar Sundaresan was sworn in as additional judge of the Bombay High Court on Tuesday by Chief Justice DK Upadhyaya.
Somasekhar was appointed as the additional judge of the high court by the Central government on Nov 23, nearly a year after his name was recommended by the Supreme Court Collegium.
After graduation from commerce stream, Somasekhar studied LLB from Government Law College in Mumbai. Later he joined a media organisation in the business section and worked there for two and half years. He started his legal career by joining Udwadia, Udeshi & Berjis and later moved on to J Sagar Associates. He specialised in Securities Law and Financial Sector Regulatory.
