Bhopal, Sep 23 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee President Kamal Nath has said that the National Crime Records Bureau’s recent report exposed the reality regarding the state’s law and order situation.
“What is happening in the Shivraj Singh Chouhan government’s tenure? Sisters and daughters are unsafe even as criminals have no fear of the law. An acid attack has come to light in Panna District – a young woman suffered grievous injury to her eyes. The victim was sexually harassed and beaten up along with her brother. I demand that the government bear the expenditure of the woman’s treatment. She was eking out a livelihood by running a small shop. The dispensation should assist her in that context as well,” the former chief minister conveyed via social media.
