Kolhapur, Oct 21 (UNI) An estimated 74 per cent of over 30.90 lakh voters exercised their franchise in 10 assembly seats of the district in Western Maharashtra on Monday evening till the end of polling at 1800 hours.
Barring an incident of scuffle between two groups, the polling was peaceful, sources said.
The highest polling percentage of 82.15 per cent was recorded in Karveer constituency of the district, whereas the lowest of 59 pc was in Kolhapur (North).
