New Delhi, Apr 9 (UNI) Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan on Tuesday posted a heartfelt message for her mother and actress Jaya Bachchan on her 71st birthday.

Taking to social networking app Instagram, Abhishek posted a black and white picture of Jaya Bachchan and wrote, “Ma. The word says it all. Happy Birthday Ma. Love you."

As soon as Abhishek posted the picture, many of Bollywood stars also wished the veteran actress.

Esha Deol said, “Happy birthday! Love you Jaya aunty”.

Bipasha Basu said, “Happy birthday Jaya aunty. Beautiful picture”.

Sonu Sood said, “Happy birthday Jaya mam”.

Diana Penty said, “Happy birthday Jaya aunty”.

Jaya Bachchan, who has been one of the most-celebrated actresses of her time, rang in her big day with her family.

Her daughter Shweta Bachchan hosted a birthday dinner for her mom last night.

Shweta posted a picture with mom Jaya on Instagram and wrote, "O Captain My Captain."

On the work front, Jaya Bachchan was last seen in a cameo in Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan-starrer ‘Ki and Ka’.
