Aashirvaad announces launch of new range of super foods

Hyderabad, Jul 10 (UNI) Aashirvaad, ITC's branded packaged foods business and the third largest foods company in India, on Wednesday announced the launch of a new range of its Nature's Super Foods comprising Gluten Free Flour, Ragi Flour and Multi Millet Mix Flour.



The new range of Super Foods will be available across leading metros including New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Chennai, the company said in a release here.



Easy-to-incorporate in daily meals, Nature’s Super Foods’ wholesome and healthy blends will help cater to consumers’ diverse nutri-wellness dietary requirements, along with taste while providing convenience of preparation.



These are enriched with the goodness of nature, being abundant source of vitamins, fibre, protein and minerals, thereby known to provide more satiety and nutrition, the release said.



The current range comprises innovative offerings including Gluten Free Flour, Ragi flour and Multi Millet Mix flour which are naturally gluten free, rich in dietary fiber and a source of protein.



These flours can be added to regular atta and batters to make nutritious chapatis, dosas and more.



Speaking at the launch, ITC Limited Divisional Chief Executive (Foods), Hemant Malik, said, we are confident that this differentiated range will be successful in catering to consumers’ nutri-wellness requirements with taste that suits their preferences.



The products will be available across general and modern trade outlets and leading e-commerce platforms and Gluten Free Flour available in a convenient 1 kg pack size, priced at Rs 190 and 500g at Rs.100.



Ragi Flour available in a convenient 1 kg pack size, priced at Rs 75 and 500g at Rs.40 while multi Millet Mix available in a convenient 1 kg pack size, priced at Rs 140 and 500g at Rs 75.
