New Delhi, May 13 (UNI) Metropolitan Magistrate Viplav Dabas, on Monday, after hearing a complaint case filed by East Delhi Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi Marlena against cricketer-turned-politician Gautam Gambhir, in two IDs case directed to file the connected documents and record pre summoning evidence before the court upto 31st May.
Ms Marlena had filed a complaint case against Bharatiya Janata Party's East Delhi Lok Sabha candidate Gambhir for allegedly having his name registered in two assembly constituencies, Rajender Nagar and Karol Bagh. The court had reserved its order for maintainability of the case.
After hearing, the Magistrate said that the court was not satisfied with the locus standi of the complainant as no documents were attached to prove the allegations and then directed tthe plaintiff to complete the documents.
The Magistrate further directed Ms Marlena to file records in support of her complaint and for pre summoning evidence and set 31st May for further hearing.
