New Delhi, Jan 11 (UNI) The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Friday condoled the death of banker turned politician Meera Sanyal, who passed away after a brief illness.

Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, “Extremely sad to hear this. No words to express...”

“We are deeply saddened by this loss, @meerasanyal a good heart has stopped beating, a good soul ascended to heaven. Her memories will forever remain in our hearts. May she rest in peace!,’’ the AAP tweeted.

“The loss of a dear one is never easy, but @meerasanyal's sudden departure left no time for goodbyes. Your loss is irreparable, many conversations left unfinished but you will always remain in my memories as full of life, as you always were. RIP,” Raghav Chadha said.
