A web portal called "Pankhuri" launched for the welfare of women and children in Himachal Pradesh

Bilaspur (HP), Feb 19 (UNI) Bilaspur Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar said that the government has launched a new web portal called "Pankhuri" to ensure participation of various sections of society in government schemes related to women and children and to make women and child welfare programs more effective.
He said on Thursday that this digital portal will serve as an important platform for the holistic development of women and children. Through this portal, citizens, voluntary organizations, NRIs, and corporate institutions will be able to directly connect and collaborate with women and child development initiatives, thereby providing better assistance to needy sections of society.
This portal is an important initiative in the field of women and child welfare, which will increase participation from all sections of society and provide new momentum and direction to programs related to women empowerment and child development.
