The All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology, which offers a number of I.C.T. and skills-based services including financial inclusion to empower and uplift the semi-urban and rural population, has been felicitated by the S.B.I. for its endeavours.
At the recently-conducted S.B.I. National Conclave, A.I.S.E.C.T. received the second prize in Percentage Activation of Customer Service Providers and the Aadhaar Seeding of Accounts categories.
The event’s purpose was to ascertain future challenges as well as new opportunities in financial inclusion. A.I.S.E.C.T. has 99.6 % active C.S.P.s that have opened 20.34 lakh P.M.J.D.Y. accounts thus far and executed seeding of 4.02 lakh accounts.
