A French skier injured while skiing in Gulmarg

Baramulla, Feb 18 (UNI) A French skier was injured when he had a fall while skiing in Gulmarg in north Kashmir district of Baramulla on Sunday, officials said.
They said a skier namely Aleix Goyer, fell when he was skiing on the slopes of Affarwat, which is the highest peak connected through cable car from the base camp at Gulmarg.
However, he was immediately rescued and taken to the nearest hospital from where he was then referred to a bone and joint hospital at Barzulla in Srinagar.
