9 trekkers stuck at Bara Bangal rescued

Dharamshala, Jun 7 (UNI) Nine trekkers of the Income Tax department from Delhi who got trapped in Bara Bangal a remote tribal village of this district on June 1, have been through land route, police said here today.
Kangra District police Chief Sanjeev Gandhi told UNI today that a six-member rescue team which
was sent from Holi reached Bara Bangal on Saturday and they started towards Baijnath on Sunday morning. SSP said that moved Baijnath after covering 72 kms, crossing 4665 meter high Thamasar pass upon reaching.
