84 companies keen to set up industries under Make in Odisha programme- Minister

Bhubaneswar, Apr 20 (UNI) As many as 84 companies had shown interest to set up industries in various sectors under Make-in Odisha programme with an investment intent of Rs 2.03,235 crore, Industries Minister Ananta Das told the Odisha Assembly on Friday.
Replying to a question of Mr Nitesh Ganga Deb, the minister said out of 84 investment intents received 55 companies have submitted their respective investment proposals.
Mr Das said, 35 project proposals for Rs 26,517.61 crore have been approved through high level clearance authority and state level single window clearance authority and five proposals in health sector for investment of Rs 1006.43 crore have been forwarded to health and family welfare department to take necessary action as per procedure.

Dehradun, Apr 19 (UNI) Uttarakhand has witnessed an average voter turnout of 24.83 per cent for five Lok Sabha seats till 11am on Friday,
Excluding the Nainital constituency, voting percentages in the other four constituencies have surpassed those of the 2019 elections within the same timeframe, which recorded 23.59 per cent turnout by Friday midday.
