74 girls rescued from Dance Bar in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, June 29 (UNI) A Police team under the direction of Joint Police Commissioner B Ravikanthe Gowda conducted a raid on Dance Bar in the city and rescued 74 girls from the hands of 5 persons who were running a Dance Bar illegally in the City and recovered Rs 1.04 lakh cash.
Police in a release here on Saturday said that the arrested were identified as Dinesh the manager of the dance bar, Dinesh Kumar a Cashier, Riyazuddin, Prakash Dutt Joshi and Hegairaj Joshi. They were forcing the girls to dance to attract customers.
The rescued girls, that included locals, and brought from other States promising good jobs in the city.
