7 yr old dies of suspected dengue fever

Kolkata, Sep 17 (UNI) A seven-and-half-year-old girl, who was admitted with the symptoms of dengue in a private hospital in the city on Saturday, died this morning, the medics said.
Class two student Saisha Banerjee, who was first admitted to a hospital in Siliguri (North Bengal), was flown here on Saturday night, died of severe dengue fever, two nights after at the Bhagirathi Neotia Hospital at New Town early this morning.
The parents of the deceased alleged the medical negligence led to death of their daughter. The parents also lodged a complaint with the nearest police station.
