Patna, Oct 17 (UNI) Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey today said that
67191 couples participated in the monthly family planning day organised for the first time in the the state.
Mr Pandey said here that the large participation of people indicate that they have been made aware of the importance of family planning.
