6 projects sanctioned in MP

Bhopal, Jan 16 (UNI) Six investment-related projects were approved today at a meeting of the Madhya Pradesh Government’s Investment Promotion Sub-Committee, and would result in capital investment to the tune of Rs 3,285 crore.
The gathering was conducted under Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s chairmanship. An integrated steel plant would be established in Sihora; a special Information Technology-processing centre developed in Mandideep; a textile project set up in Seetapur; textile units modernised and expanded in Mandideep, Satlapur and Budhni; a manufacturing unit augmented in Tamot and a furniture fittings-manufacturing unit installed in Pithampur, an official release said.
