Jammu, Aug 19 (UNI) Around 500 NCC cadets would attend a ten-day long training camp commenced at Nagrota here on city outskirts on Monday, an official Spokesperson said.
According to him, 2 J&K Bn NCC Jammu commenced NCC Training Camp at Camping Ground Nagrota in which a total number of 500 NCC cadets from NCC, Directorate J&K, Instructor staff and Civil staff were participating.
The basic aim of organising the camp was to train the NCC cadets in Military Leadership training process which includes physical exercise, obstacle course, drill, weapon training, firing, map reading and lectures, the spokesperson added.
