5-day CREDAI expo in Aurangabad on Oct 5

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Oct 3 (UNI) A five-day realty Dream Home expo will be held here on October 5 at Motiwala Square near Akashwani on Jalna road.
It will be organized by the apex body Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI).
Talking to newsmen, CREDAI president, Sunil Patil said that there will be total 116 including 75 stalls of builders at the exhibition which will provide information about the upcoming housing projects in and around the city to the prospective customers.
It will give customers a better options for their investment on eve of Dasara festival, would be inaugurated at the hands of Aurangabad Muncipal Commissoner Om Prakash Bakoria on October 5.
The houses from one bedroom-house-kitchen to luxury bungalows will be available in the expo, he added.
At least 10,000 vistores would visit the expo during the five day event and 3000 flats/houses would be booked as compared to last year 2000 flats/hosues in expo, he added.
