Puducherry, Sep 18 (UNI )As many as 490 more persons were tested positive for the Coronavirus and six patients died in the Union territory in the last 24 hours.
The number of active cases ending at 10 AM on Friday stood at 4761.
According to the COVID-19 status released by the health department here, 397 new cases were reported in Puducherry region 45 in Karaikal region 43 in Yanam region and five in Mahe region.
