4 JNTUK students selected for Stanford varsity training

Kakinada Feb 21 (UNI) Four students of JNTUK campus engineering college-two each from CSE and ECE third year, have been selected by the Stanford university’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (D. School) as the University Innovation Fellows(UIF), JNTUK sources said here today.
Under this programme, the Fellows (UIF) advocate for lasting institutional change and create opportunities for students to engage with innovation, entrepreneurship, design thinking and creativity at their school.
They will design innovation spaces, start entrepreneurship organisations, host experiential learning events and work with faculty to develop new courses. So far 776 students were trained under this programme at 164 institutions since the programme was initiated.
