Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Mar 15 2016 7:05PM 4 awarded 10yrs of RI for gang-rape in PalamuDaltonganj, Mar 15 (UNI) A local court today handed down 10-years of rigorous imprisonment to four accused of gangrape and also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 each. The court of additional sessions judge (seventh) Raghuvar Dayal awarded the punishment to Anu Paswan, Anil Kumar, Ravi Kumar Vishwakarma and Pramod Singh and also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 each. Failing to pay the fine, all the four would have to undergo additional imprisonment of six months each. All the four convicts on the night of October 30, 2012 on the name of giving lift till the railway station, had got her inside their three-wheeler and later gangraped her at a secluded location.
