Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jul 22 2016 4:08PM 3-member TMC parliamentary delegation to visit Rajkot, Una in GujaratKolkata, Jul 22 (UNI) A three-member parliamentary delegation of the Trinamool Congress, headed by MP Derek O 'Brien, will visit Rajkot and Una in Gujarat tomorrow, party sources here today said.Earlier this week Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who is alsoparty chairperson, had said the Una incident was an ‘organised crime’. "The incident in Una is an organised crime against Dalits. I urge the Central government to treat Dalits with care and give full protection. This (the violence against Dalits) is unacceptable," she maintained.The TMC after raising the issue in Parliament and participating in the debate, had decided the 3-member parliamentary delegation should reach the spot and assess the situation and meet those affected. The delegation will comprise Derek O’Brien (Parliamentary party leader in Rajya Sabha) and Lok Sabha MPs Dr Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar and Ms Pratima Mandal.
