3 BSF jawans injured in militant attack in north Kashmir

Srinagar, Aug 19 (UNI) Altogether Three Border Security Force (BSF) jawans were injured when militants attacked their camp at Tangdar in the frontier Kashmir district of Kupwara.
A BSF spokesperson told UNI that militants attacked a BSF camp in Tangdar sector in Kupwara. The jawans also retaliated ensuing in an encounter.
He said in the initial exchange of fire three BSF jawans were injured. Though it is reported that the militants have managed to escape, but a massive search operation was still going on when the reports last came in.
