3 boys electrocuted by high-tension wire in AP

Ongole, AP, July 23 (UNI) In a shocking incident, three teenage boys were electrocuted when they came into contact with a high-tension wire while going on bike at the SC Colony at Ponugodu village on Tuesday.
Police said that the deceased Nazeer, Gowtham and Balaji, all were 16-years-old, were studying Intermediate first year at Vijetha junior college. They left their homes for college this morning but did not attend college. They went to Ponugodu village located near to Kanigiri town, to see the Ponugodu tank.
When they were going home on the motorcycle, they accidently came into contact with a high tension wire which got snapped and fell across the road. The three teenage boys electrocuted and killed instantaneously. The bodies were partially burnt as flames erupted after the electrocution. The bike was also gutted in the fire.
