23 passengers hurt as bus turns turtle near Kandaghat in HP

Solan, Oct 9 (UNI) At least two dozen passengers were injured, six of them seriously, when an Uttarakhand transport bus turn turtles on National Highway Number 5 near Kandaghat in Himachal Pradesh's Solan district on Wednesday, police said.
The bus, which left for Haridwar from Shimla, overturned on the road around 1.30 pm after the driver lost control over the vehicle at a sharp turn near the Kandaghat tunnel, police said.
A total of 23 people were rushed to hospital.. The bus belonged to the Tanakpur depot under Champawat district of Uttarakhand.
