The fest deserves special mention by inaugurating the pass distribution of transgender delegates by giving the maiden pass to the reputed activist Seethal Shyam. Actor Manju Warrier will officially initiate the pass distribution. The mela offers noteworthy facilities to cater to the requirements of transsexuals. Special “V-toilets” have been arranged at Kanakakunnu, Tagore and Kairali theatres.
