2008 U-19 WC hero Tanmay Srivastava retires from cricket

New Delhi, Oct 24 (UNI) Left handed batsman Tanmay Srivastava, who was part of India's Under-19 World Cup-winning ream in 2008, announced his retirement from all forms of cricket on Saturday.
Tanmay, who hails from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, was the highest scorer with 262 runs in 6 matches of U-19 World Cup in 2008 when Virat Kohli led India won the title in Malaysia.
The 30-year-old Srivastava took to Twitter to announce his retirement.
