20 foreign univs & institutions to guide students for studies abroad through 'Spark Festival'

Jalandhar, Dec 16 (UNI) In a first of its kind, representatives of twenty foreign Universities and institutions from across the globe would be participating in the fifth edition of the two days 'Spark Career Guidance Festival' to provide guidance to students about study and career prospects abroad, scheduled to be held here from December 18.
Divulging the details after a meeting to foresee arrangements for the event, Deputy Commissioner Varinder Kumar Sharma and Commissioner of Police Gurpreet Singh Bhullar said after schooling a large number of students want to move abroad for higher studies.
However, they said ,"sometimes due to lack of proper awareness the students have to face a lot of hardships as they fall prey to wrong hands. So, they said that in order to ensure that student get genuine information about study and career prospects abroad, the district administration has tied up with the foreign universities and institutions.
