2 RPF Inspectors suspended for producing dummy in court

Pune, Aug 18 (UNI) The Railway Security Force, Solapur has suspended two Police Inspectors attached to Daund Railways police station, for producing a 'dummy' accused in the court.
Talking to UNI, Senior Police Inspector of Daund police station Sunil Mahadik said that on Tuesday last,
there was an argument between a ticket collector (TC) and passenger one Indrajeet Yadav in train.
Later, they came to Daund Railway police station and a complaint was registered against Yadav for misbehaving.
Railway police Sub Inspector of Daund S S Londhe produced a dummy person in Railways court in Daund, instead of Yadhav on Saturday.
When Judge started the questions, the dummy failed to reply and ran away from the court premises, by pretending of going to attend the nature's call.

When the dummy did not turn, the court of Judicial Magistrate realised that something was wrong. The Judge
immediately directed the Daund police station to register a case against Londhe, who produced the dummy accused in the court.
It was learnt that Londhe took money from Yadhav for the act.

Mr Madhadik said, ''We have booked Londhe and started our investigation.''

Meanwhile, the Railway Security Force Commander of Solapur Range has suspended two people, including Londhe and the In-charge of Daund Railways station on Sunday, said Assistant Police Inspector of Daund police station, Mr Kamble.
The suspension order was served to both of them and they have been sent to Solapur Head office for enquiry, Mr Kamble added.
