1971 war veterans felicitated

Lucknow, Feb 24(UNI) Veterans of 1971 War, residing in Lucknow were felicitated by Lt. Gen. JB Chaudhari, Chief of Staff (COS), Surya Command here at Surya Auditorium in Lucknow Cantonment on Wednesday.
During the ceremony, the war veterans received the Swarnim Vijay Mashal in presence of a large gathering of serving and retired personnel, a defence press release said here.
The Veterans who were felicitated included Brig PK Ghosh, Col BKD Baijal, Maj Dhirendra Nath Singh, Havildar Kunwar Singh Chaudhari, Naik Raja Singh (Posthumous), Brig Rakesh Kumar Sood, Lt Col. Purushottam Joshi, Brig Akhil Kumar Sinha and Commander Bhupendra Bikram Singh.
