19 IAS and five IPS officers transferred in Bihar

Patna, Sep 20 (UNI) In a major reshuffle of IAS and IPS officers, Bihar government today transferred 19 IAS officers including two district magistrates and five IPS officers of SP rank in the state.

According to a notification issued by general administration department, district magistrate of Sheohar Arshad Aziz had been transferred to Gopalganj in the same capacity. District magistrate of Gopalganj Animesh Kumar Parashar had been made managing director of state food corporation (SFC).

Additional secretary in general administration department Avanessh Kumar Singh has been made new district magistrate of Sheohar.
Special secretary in health department Radhe Shyam Shah had been shifted to revenue and land reforms department in the same capacity. Similarly, special secretary in general administration department Dayanidhan Pandey had been transferred to social welfare department in the same capacity. Mr Pandey would hold the additional post of social security director till further order.
Similarly, additional secretary (tourism department) Uday Kumar Singh has been shifted to general administration department in the same capacity.
Mr Singh will hold the additional charge of sugarcane commissioner in sugarcane industry department till further order.

Social security director in social welfare department Raj Kumar has been made social welfare director. Additional secretary in general administration department Himanshu Kumar Rai has been shifted to cabinet secretariat department in the same capacity. Similarly, joint secretary in planning and development department Sunil Kumar Yadav has been made joint secretary in finance department. Similarly, joint secretary in tourism department Anand Sharma has been shifted to cooperative department in the same capacity. Additional secretary in rural development department Kanwal Tanuj has been given additional charge of managing director of Bihar state tourism development corporation.

Jhanjharpur sub divisional officer in Madhubani district Anshul Agrawal has been made deputy development commissioner of Bhojpur, Mahua sub divisional officer in Vaishali district Richi Pandey has been made deputy development commissioner of Begusarai, Forbesganj sub divisional officer in Araria district Ravi Prakash has been made deputy development commissioner of Banka and Gopalganj Sadar sub divisional officer in Gopalganj district Varsha Singh has been made deputy development commissioner of Katihar.

Similarly, Sitamarhi Sadar sub divisional officer in Sitamarhi district Mukul Kumar Gupta has been transferred as Jehanabad deputy development commissioner, Danapur sub divisional officer in Patna district Anshul Kumar has been transferred as Aurangabad deputy development commissioner, Hilsa sub divisional officer in Nalanda district Vaibhav Chaudhary has been made Nawada deputy development commissioner and Bagaha sub divisional officer in Gopalganj district Vijay Prakash Meena has been made Vaishali deputy development commissioner.
According to a notification issued by state home department, police superintendent of Vaishali Manavjeet Singh Dhillon has been made police superintendent of STF, Patna. Another IPS officer and police superintendent of Jamui Jagunathreddy Jalareddy has been made new SP of Vaishali.
IPS officer Dr Inamul Haq Mengnoo who was waiting for posting has been made police superintendent of Jamui.

Similarly, police superintendent of Gopalganj Rashid Jama and Commandant of Home Guards Manoj Tiwari swapped their posts.
