18 months child kidnapped in Kaithal, recovered within 18 hrs

Kaithal, Dec 8 (UNI) Police recovered an eighteen-month-old boy, who was allegedly kidnapped from local Bal Upvan on Saturday, and arrested a 25-year-old man in connection with the crime, police said on Sunday.
The alleged crime was recorded on CCTV cameras which was released on social media, helping the safe return of the child, following which the local police and the parents of child heaved a sigh of relief. The parents thanked the cops for their timely action facilitating the recovery of child in such a short time.
Briefing media persons in local police station, SP Virender Vij said that eighteen-month-old, a son of a cook maid of local Bal Upvan, was lifted by the kidnapper when the child was playing in the premises of Upvan and his mother was busy in cooking food in the kitchen. The man took the child on his motorcycle but his act and movements were recorded in CCTV cameras. Police found a vital clue about the kidnapper and his further movements.
