16 officials among 136 police personnel infected with corona in Thane

Thane, May 30 (UNI) Altogether 136 police personnel, including 15 officials, of the Thane Police Commissionerate have been tested positive for COVID19 so far.
Of them, total 10 officials and 70 policemen have been recovered and discharged from the hospitals.
Nine police personnel were discharged on Friday, after full recovery, an official release said here.

One lady police constable died due to corona in the city, it was stated.
Currently, five police officials and 50 policemen were being treated for COVID-19 at different hospitals, it was stated.
