11 killed in fire at coal mine in north China's Shanxi Province

Taiyuan, Nov 16 (UNI) Eleven people were killed after a fire broke out Thursday morning at a building of a coal mine company in Lyuliang City in north China's Shanxi Province, according to the municipal emergency management authority.
The fire occurred in Lyuliang's Lishi District. Rescue efforts are underway, according to the authorities.
