10th Edition of CREDAI Property Show 2021 in Hyderabad from Apr 16

Hyderabad, Mar 19 (UNI) The 10th Edition of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Property Show 2021 will be held at Hitex, Madhapur, here from April 16 to 18.

Announcing this at a press conference here on Friday, CREDAI President P Rama Krishna Rao said that 74 stalls would be set up in the Property Show 2021 by exhibiting thousands of properties.

Stating that the exhibition will showcase properties suiting every requirement and budget by the developers, providing consumers a chance to get the best options for home solutions in the twin cities, Mr Rao said said this year, the property show has bigger stall sizes, more open spaces, bigger corridors, a big Lounge for meetings because of the COVID-19 protocols.

CREDAI General Secretary V Rajashekar Reddy said that the three-day property show will bring together all the member developers, material vendors, building material manufacturers, consultants, and financial institutions from across the city to exhibit the advances in the real estate sector under a single umbrella.

He said that the Government has extended some relaxations due to COVID-19 pandemic. To encourage the real estate sector, the government has extended one more year for old permissions. On new projects, builders can pay 25 per cent fee at the time of getting permission and the remaining they can pay in three installments, Mr Reddy said and added that this is a positive step of the government.

While quoting JLL survey of 40 per cent new launches in Hyderabad, Mr Reddy said that so many big projects are coming in the city. Apart from IT, the Industrial sector is also growing in the city after the introduction of TSiPASS. So tremendous opportunities for real-estate during the next five to 10 years.

Mr Reddy appealed to the home buyers across Telangana, particularly in Hyderabad to participate in the property show.

The General Secretary said, “ We have taken into account all the protocols for COVID-19 by planning bigger stalls – facilitating adequate social distancing, more open spaces, larger corridors, and large meeting lounges which will be properly and frequently sanitized. Guidelines are rolled-out for the participants for maintaining the sanitization of stalls.

Sanitizers will be placed at every stall and wearing a mask at all times at the venue will be mandated during the property show besides a host of other safety measures to ensure the safety of the visitors. We hope that people make the most of the property show and pick the property of their choice,” Mr Reddy added.

Vice Presidents C Murali Mohan, K Rajeshwar, N Jaideep Reddy and Joint Secretary Rambabu along with other EC members of CREDAI Hyderabad were present.
