'We aim to bring global mindset & best practices to Indian real estate': Sanya Aeren

Panaji, Jul 16 (UNI) Sanya Aeren, Chief Advisor, Marketing and Communications, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Orenda India, has said that the association of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Orenda India was aimed at bringing global mindset and best practices to Indian real estate.
In an exclusive interview to UNI, she said, ''Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is a real estate brokerage franchise network designed for today’s real estate market. BHHS Orenda India marks the brokerage’s first global footprint in India. With our association, we aim to bring a global mindset and global best practices to Indian real estate.''
She said Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices was aligned with the best-in class technology platforms to deliver world-class support to its network members far into the future.
''Our agents will have access to BHHS’ active referral and relocation networks, and its FOREVER CLOUD technology suite, which is a powerful source for lead generation, marketing support, social media, video production etc. We would like to contribute significantly to the development of modern infrastructure in India with top-notch amenities,'' she said.
Sharing the plans for India for financial year 2021-22, Ms Aeren said apart from Delhi NCR, geographically the company was looking to expand in Mumbai, Goa, Bangalore and Ayodhya in the financial year 2021-22.
''We want to penetrate into every place where we see potential and demand. We have an interesting line up of projects and collaborations coming up, about which we will keep you posted. We are in touch with the top developers for selling and leasing mandates,'' she said.
Speaking about expansion, she said,''Our vision is to disrupt the Indian real estate market by providing world-class experience along with using cutting-edge technology following the core principals and values of trust, transparency, integrity and longevity. Geographically, we would like to expand pan India, inclusive of cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Ahmedabad with over a few thousand real estate advisors.''
Ms Aeren said Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Orenda India would bring to the Indian market an array of global listing syndication, professional training, ongoing education, and the exclusive Luxury Collection marketing.
The agents would have access to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ active referral and relocation networks, and its “FOREVER Cloud” technology suite, a powerful source for lead generation, marketing support, social media, video production/distribution.
''We aim to bring global mindset and global best practices by bringing in 100 per cent transparency between buyers and sellers thus, easing the process of buying and selling. We’re here to organize our real estate ecosystem following the core values and principals of trust, integrity, transparency and longevity, which are infused in BHHS’ hierarchy from roots to shoots,'' she said.
