New Delhi, Dec 12 (UNI) The music of the Yashraj films' much awaited Salman Khan Katrina Kaif starrer 'Tiger Zinda Hai', offers to the music lovers comprehensive range of contemporary and classic sounds with its meaningfully worded songs.
The highlight of the music album , composed by Vishal-Shekhar with lyrics by Irshad Kamil, is the fusion dance track 'Swag Se Swagat,' which has become a huge chartbuster, with Vishal Dadlani and Neha Bhasin pepping up this trendy number.
This groovy track brings to life a fusion of sounds from around the world, while imbibing the spirit and culture of our country – spreading the message of love with ‘Swag’. Vishal Dadlani’s vocals lead the way with Neha Bhasin joining in to make this a cool, trendy track for people from all walks of life.
Also featuring in the album is Atif Aslam’s soulful 'Dil Diyan Gallan', that has become a romantic chartbuster with Neha Bhasin reprise it’s melodic, soothing sound in an unplugged 'Dil Diyan Gallan' version.
This light and sprightly love song enlivens the essence of a mature romance between Tiger (Salman) and Zoya (Katrina), which defines their eternal love. Atif Aslam’s clear, melodic vocals pull together the themes of togetherness, happiness, sorrow and joy with effortless ease.
There’s the pumping, energetic Tiger theme track about Tiger’s fighting spirit, sung by Sukhwinder Singh, titled 'Zinda Hai'. With a super catchy rap by Raftaar, 'Zinda Hai' is the perfect ode to the spirit of the film.
'Zinda Hai' , which has also been written by Raftaar, is an energetic, pumping theme track which is a reinvention of the theme, built on the spirit of fighting against oppression. Sukhwinder Singh’s powerful vocals and Raftaar’s distinctive rap imbue the track with vigour, vitality and dynamism.
.Shreya Ghoshal sings a classic, mellifluous spiritual song in the bhajan 'Daata Tu'.
This soulful, classic spiritual song is styled as a bhajan and is a call for hope and faith in humanity when everything fails. Shreya Ghoshal’s emotive voice gracefully carries the message of how hope can uplift the spirit and keep faith alive within.
The album also features the lovely 'Tera Noor' by Jyoti Nooran, a hard- hitting poetic Sufi song that holds a conversation with God.
This hard-hitting Sufi song is a poetic conversation between a woman and God, as she asks Him about what his creations have reduced the world and the woman to. Padded with strong, beautiful vocals by Jyoti Nooran, this gritty track builds tempo and leaves a lasting impression.
Produced by Yashraj films, 'Tiger Zinda Hai' , directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, hit cinema screens worldwide on December 22.
