Kolkata, Dec 7 (UNI) “Situations of climate change and air pollution have reached alarming proportions and this being an issue across boundaries, it becomes a complex web of challenges, “Prabhat Kumar Mishra, State Principal Secretary, Department of Environment, rang the alarm bell while addressing the third edition of the Green Industry Conclave organized by CII here on Saturday.

The Principal Secretary was of the opinion that if market forces have been in play as far as emissions of businesses were concerned, the environmental situations would have been different.
