'Operation Lotus' will not have any impact on Dasara Festivities: Minister

Mysuru, Sep 22 (UNI) Karnataka Minister for Higher Education G T Deve Gowda, who is also District Incharge Minister, said that the recent political developments will not have any bearing on the arrangements taken up for the Dasara festivities in October.
Dasara will be well organised and will go as planned by the government irrespective of the efforts being made to destabilise the coalition government, he added.
Speaking to reporters Mr Gowda said Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy will participate in the inaugural function of Dasara festivities atop Chamundi hills along with Infosys Foundation Chairperson Sudha Murty who was invited to inaugurate.
