Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jul 28 2016 7:59PM 'Niladri Bije' fiasco : Former MLA demands suspension of Puri SPBhubaneswar, Jul 28 (UNI) Former MLA Uma Ballav Rath today demanded the authorities to suspend Puri District Superintendent of Police for negligence of duty and to file a contempt of court case against him for the indiscipline during the Niladri Bije. Mr Rath told mediapersons here that the SP did not stop a servitor when he took his daughter atop the chariot, also did not act when the servitors abused the collector and threatened to kill him, when he opposed the servitor.
