Hyderabad, Sep 11 (UNI) Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said here on Saturday that the "Medicine from Sky" project, which he launched at Vikarabad in Telangana earlier in the day, was a major change.
The Central government has brought about revolutionary changes in the Civil Aviation field including the digital air space mapping, he told reporters at the BJP's state office here.
The Minister said that setting up of brownfield airports at Warangal and Adilabad was under the Union government's consideration.
Earlier in the day, Mr Scindia formally launched drone deliveries of Medical supplies to remote inaccessible areas under the "Medicine from Sky" project at Vikarabad.
Meanwhile, he called on Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao at Pragathi Bhavan, the CM's camp office-cum-official residence.
Several issues figured during the discussions between the two leaders, according to sources.
