Kolkata, Feb 22 (UNI): Rajib Chowdhury's second directorial 'Kaya' will hit the silver screen from tomorrow.

The film has been produced by Omprakash Saraogi and consists a casting panel including Kaushik Sen, Raima Sen and Priyanka Sarkar.

Kaya is a journey of a director and his unit who travels to Cherrapunji for the recce of a film. There happens some hazard and the story takes some edgy turns.

The film is a horror-thriller that will also unmask the society where sexual exploitation of women at work place is a hard reality.

But the horror part is too very important. As Kaushik Sen said, "This film is somehow different from other horror film and that's why I am acting here." In a remote and network less place of Cherrapunji the unit 'Kaya' faced some supernatural activities. May be it's their illusion but Priyanka thinks that some thing beyond normal was there. "I faced some abstract activities there that forced me to believe in supernatural powers", said Priyanka.
